In the post, he expressed his love by writing, "FOREVER CAPTIVATED BY YOU🕊️," and tagged his new wife, Cheyanne, who is 23 years old.

Casalegno was previously in a relationship with model and actress Larsen Thompson, which lasted over six years. While he never publicly addressed their breakup, reports suggest it occurred in August 2022.
