The Young and the Restless Star Tracey E. Bregman Launches New Talk Show and Podcast

The Young and the Restless star Tracey E. Bregman has announced that she will co-host a new talk show and podcast titled 4 Men 4 Women, premiering on August 11.

New episodes will drop every Tuesday at 3:00 PM PST across YouTube, Spotify, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and major podcast platforms.

Guest Experts Join the Set

Bregman will co-host the series alongside celebrity dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman, Curtis Hamilton, Giorgio Ramondetta, and Demari Davis. The panel will dive into a variety of topics, including relationships, dating, parenting, communication, and aging from a male perspective.

The show will also feature appearances by medical professionals, behavioral experts, and entertainment personalities throughout the season.

What Can Viewers Expect?

Upcoming episodes will focus on subjects such as modern dating, blended families, cosmetic procedures, intimacy, and generational differences in relationships. Each episode will feature candid, open discussions between the hosts and guest experts.

With a revolving list of guests expected throughout the season, every episode promises a fresh perspective on issues that affect people at various stages of life.

Balancing Two Roles

While Bregman is taking on this exciting new project, fans won't have to say goodbye to Lauren Fenmore Baldwin. She will continue her iconic role on The Young and the Restless, a character she has played on and off since 1983.

This new venture gives fans another opportunity to see Bregman in an unscripted role outside the fictional world of Genoa City.
